If you're anything like us, you miss the ye olden days when the Vanderpump Rules cast actually...worked at Lisa Vanderpump's restaurant SUR. (@ Bravo producers: We can only relive the glory days of the crew gossiping in the back parking lot via flashback scenes for so long. 😭)

Enter: Lisa's brand spanking new show Vanderpump Villa, which is set to focus on the staff of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum's luxury French villa, Château Rosabelle.

“Decadence and debauchery collide in Vanderpump Villa, a new unscripted docu-drama following Lisa Vanderpump’s hand-selected staff as they work, live, and play at an exclusive French estate: Chateau Rosabelle,” reads the show's official description from Hulu. “From firework-filled proposals and opulent events at the chateau to unbelievable excursions and outrageous confrontations in the French countryside, each day at the Chateau brings nonstop heartfelt, humorous, and heated moments, from staff and guests alike. All the while, Lisa evaluates whether this is the team to make her ‘pop up’ experience a permanent reality and add to her ever-growing empire.”

Back in June 2023, the streamer initially revealed that Vanderpump Villa would follow the staff of Lisa's newest international venture in the 10-part series, which is set to debut on April 1 on Hulu.

“Welcome to Vanderpump Villa,” Lisa is seen announcing to a room filled with staff members in the show's official trailer, which you can check out above. “I have personally selected each of you from some of the best restaurants, bars, and kitchens. I know you know how to serve, but this is France. So let’s talk expectations.”

“You can do whatever you want behind the scenes, but when you’re around the guests don’t get sloppy,” the reality star warns in a voiceover as moments of truly explosive arguments between the cast are shown. “This is not Chateau Sh*t Show.” Lisa 🤝🏻 the queen of one-liners.

Luckily, Cosmo has an exclusive sneak peek at episode 1 of the highly-anticipated series in which we see the 👀 dynamic between Lisa, lead server Marciano Brunette, and server (slash *checks notes* Marciano's ex-girlfriend) Hannah Fouch. Scroll all the way up to watch!

“Now remember, tomorrow our guests are coming. So don't go crazy tonight,” Lisa informs the staff at a meeting, to which Marciano retorts, “Yeah right.” “...Because you need to be bright-eyed and bushy-tailed tomorrow,” the reality star adds. “Eh,” Marciano continues in what ends up being a truly wild back-and-forth moment beyond reminiscent of Jax Taylor in the throwback Vanderpump Rules days.

“This is why I hate my ex-boyfriend...We're in for a ride. We are in for a ride,” adds Hannah in a confessional tape before Lisa says, “Listen, whatever you're doing behind the scenes—you can do what you want. But when you're out front, you've gotta have the best service. This has all got to be f*cking perfect, okay? So it's not 'eh.'”

“I hired Marciano because he had this exuberant, successful eye. And he was super charming. But this? If I can't rein him in, he'll be gone,” Lisa cautions in her own confessional moment. *Cue le dramatic music*
